• You are responsible for the legality of your created content
• We may use anonymized usage data

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties:

• We do not warrant the App will be error-free or always available
• We do not guarantee accurate scanning in all conditions
• We are not liable for any data loss or corruption
• Third-party services may be unavailable at any time

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability does not exceed the amount you paid (if any)
• Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from:

• Your use of the App in violation of these terms
• Your violation of any law or regulation
• Content you create or transmit
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

• You must stop using the App

11. Advertisements

The App may display advertisements. By using the free version, you accept that ads will appear. You can purchase the ad-free version to remove advertisements. Ad revenue supports app development and maintenance.

The App uses third-party services (Google Play Services, Apple App Store, etc.). You are bound by their terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

13. Permissions

The App requires certain device permissions to function:

• Camera: For scanning QR codes and barcodes
• Photo Gallery: For creating and saving codes
• Storage: For local data storage

You may revoke permissions at any time through device settings.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

If any provision is found to be unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or removed, with remaining provisions remaining valid.

18. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right. We reserve all rights not explicitly granted.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The updated date will be noted above.
