Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the WiFi HTTP Server mobile application (the "Service") operated by ByteCode Creation ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the app for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
The materials on the Service are provided on an 'as is' basis. ByteCode Creation makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall ByteCode Creation or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
