1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using the Pookies mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the application.
2. Accounts and Security
You must register for an account using a valid email. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of Pookies require a premium subscription (Pookies Premium). Subscriptions are purchased through Google Play and are subject to the following policies:
- Free Trial: Pookies offers a 7-day free trial. If not canceled before the end of the trial period, it auto-renews into a paid subscription.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless canceled at least 24 hours prior.
- Cancellations & Refunds: Subscriptions can be managed or canceled inside your Google Play Account settings. All payments are processed by Google Play and refunds are subject to Google's standard billing policies.
4. Permitted Use
You agree to use the application only for personal, private communication. You must not use the application to transmit any illegal, abusive, threatening, or offensive content, or to harass any other user.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Bytecode, its directors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the application.
